This happened last week and was meant to do it last week my apologies for the delay. So last week I got a miss call from pendragon, I gave them a call to see what I was missing only to my surprise that they wanted to apologize and wanted to hear what happened. Honestly you deserve a 4 star as I was very very satisfied not because you refunded me back but because you actually cared. It wasn't your readers fault at all and I don't blame her because truth is things can be quite hard to find. But always will give tjis a try again but this time it's not gonna be a lost item but something personal😊 And I sure do hope it will be worth it.
