It is vital not to place this piece of furniture in line with the door. Make sure your bed is approachable from both sides. This sets the space for both you and a future partner.

Headboards ideally should be sturdy and made of either wood or upholstered.
Balance the room by adding a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

Your bedroom is a room for rest and romance. Its time to remove the TV, computers or even the treadmill in the corner. Appliances are seen as "metal" element in Feng Shui and can exhaust earth elements, so are not ideal for love and romance.
It is possible to have a TV in your bedroom, however it either needs to be covered at night or to live in a cupboard which has doors to close covering it when you are finished with using it.
If there is a mirror that faces your bed it will need to go! This can been seen in Feng Shui to deplete personal energy. So once again, if this item cannot be moved cover it during the night time.
Use varied lighting. Have your electric lights on dimmer switches. Purchase natural ( non toxic) candles and display them in pairs creating a welcoming, soft and inviting space.
Clear space in your bedroom for your beloved to come in. It can be as simple as clearing out the bedside drawer, or extend to clearing space in the wardrobe.
Decorate in soothing colours. Any colour from skin colour to a rich brown. Brown colours can create a warm feeling offering nourishing and earthly sensuality. You are welcome to add touches of red to purples, however they shouldn't be the dominant colour.

We all know of the Irish book burning, but hardly any of us really comprehend why it happened.

All of my family members wrote things down, in the morning and at night.
My grandmother wrote down her prayers and intentions in the morning, and my grandmother was super successful - she owned two businesses and ended up living in a million dollar home. She was also kind, generous and patient.

Ancient cultures utilised the feminine and this can be depicted within art and teachings, from Isis to Aine. Goddess traditions were very much part of ‘pre’ western culture. We speak in personification of things like the earth and our language today still echoes these ancient traditions. Spiritual folk for example speak of the relationship to “our mother earth”.
The feminine is all about nurturing, love, care, honor, intuition and creativity. It is the builder of the family, the listener and often, like the mother cat, the protector.
What has happened through time is that the female archetype has been put to a lower status or standing in how we see ourselves and how we have been shown to interact or be. This is related to things like mind understanding (learning) and how we see the world through facts, figures and through science. The Male Archetype is about action, aggression, doing and thinking. It is about power. Often money, identity and competition could be words that relate to this archetype.
As we have traveled through as a species,within our culture we have unwittingly undermined the feminine ‘being’ and promoted the masculine ‘doing’.
In spiritual circles we come to understand that the balance of divine masculine and divine feminine within is the ideal and to get there we clear stuck emotions from events and realign our position of who we are and what is our influence. We don’t use manipulation whether known or unknown and we use our voice to travel and align with actions that are utilising both of these archetypal energies within. We use our hearts with good reason.
When it comes to our more intimate relationships, not gender specific, we are often imbalanced. For example, women typically seek security, while men typically don’t share their emotions. When we have integrated the divine feminine within homeostasis our relationship to others is able to be more present and in so doing our relationship with ourselves.
This is a big subject and the balancing is a journey, however now more than ever intuition and heart is getting a greater footing as the world has called it forth. For we have come to a sticky situation in the evolution of humanity where identity (ego), competition etc are not aligned with the Divine Feminine heart. Rapid change towards balance is something we all should be active in as ‘cells’ of the whole.

Juices (of any kind) - It is best if juices are freshly squeezed; but if you choose bottled, canned or frozen be sure they are 100% juices and are not cocktails, drinks or "juice beverages" that are full of sugars and artificial flavorings and colours.
I have my own juicer and am on a juice cleanse at the moment. I juice daily and choose to include leafy green vegetables in all of my juice making. Normally, I use either carrots, or apples as a base, then add greens and perhaps garlic, ginger depending on what I feel like and what my body needs.
Examples would be:
When I have completed making the juice I am left with the vegetable/fruit pulp. I have always wondered what can be done with it as sometimes there is a lot left behind!. So here goes, I have two recipes that yourself or your family would eat and enjoy so I thought I would share them.

The Legend of the Arthurian Tarot was my first and came mysteriously where a metaphorical ‘signpost’ was rammed into the ground that would mark an awakening phase on my journey. A year earlier I had handmade some which were extremely similar and thus I was prompted to purchase. The Labyrinth symbol on my new cards mirrored my own design and metaphysically means journey to self. Walking the path of a physical labyrinth is said to balance the two hemispheres of the brain taking one inward, the ultimate ‘fools’ journey.
The richly textured, tattered watercolor images have told many an archetypal ‘story’ speaking a universal language, that each reader has a perfect conversation with. My card is a young man on an elevated vista of a rich, sunny, green landscaped valley path to a castle. The images spoke to me of adventure, optimism, excitement and pushing limits.
The court jester (on other tarot) was an entertainer, but contrary to common belief he wasn’t a ‘fool’. A deeper look at the court jester shows he would often create narratives to share a position, mocking the ruling class. He was able to say and share truths and question in a manner that could be safely ‘heard’ of the political climate at the time. The idea of a ‘fool’ could be argued in this context as someone that goes against the narrative and sees through, by taking a unique path of free thought. What lies beyond? How have we been ‘fooled’? What hypocrisies? What would we say if we were masquerading not as self where ‘truth’ could land? Who are those ‘masquerading’ on the stage of our environment? What ‘masks’ are we using as false identities for safety? The cards can both be the question to seek the pathway or the solution to the questions sought.
The message for our unfolding new world is to see that life is a limitless adventure, to gain the true satisfaction of being within the many facets of time and space and our relationship to the earth, each other and ultimately to ourselves and how this power, when embraced, can push the boundaries of our communities, our health and our political/socio construct as co-creators.

Element Air is the realm of the mind, it is our thoughts, ideas. It is the east and sunrise, a place of new things and beginnings. It is the power of spells and incantations and serves as a transmitter and messenger. Everything begins with a thought.
Words have great power, there are times we want our words carried away into the atmosphere and others when we speak them quietly over an object or charm. Air is associated with study and travel, meditation and visions. We can fume our homes to remove negative and unwanted energies and burn incense to raise the vibrations around us.
Rote and rhyme are the language of spells, as is singing, but as a rule we repeat the spell or incantation at least 3 times. Words convey power and intent and can be used to create realities where none before existed.
Wednesday is the day of Mercury and is traditionally used for creating study spells. Use the colours yellow or lavender, take rose petals & acacia gum (gum arabic) and mix them together, do this on Wednesday when the Moon is waxing place in a small bowl and charm with a yellow candle. State your intentions clearly that this is a study aid. Use this powder when studying for exams of all kinds. Dab it on the third eye and the back of the neck. You can place the powder close by when you are studying and if possible when you are sitting exams, take some of the powder and tie it in a piece of yellow fabric and put it in your pocket.
Gossip is sadly very common and it appears there are times when people lack any regard for others with cruel and unkind speech. This is a simple spell for gossip.
Do this on a windy Wednesday, best when the Moon is waning. Mix together in your right hand salt and sugar. Take it outside and with the wind at your back, hold out your right hand and saying the gossip's name aloud blow the mixture off your hand and into the wind. Repeat their name again and ask the wind to blow their words far far away.
If you and your lover have quarreled. On a Wednesday when the Moon is waxing, take red rose petals and crush them into powder, mix together with rice flour, place the ingredients in a bowl and burn a lavender candle beside it. If you wish, write your names together on a piece of paper and put them underneath the bowl while the candle is burning. Dust your body over with the powder to heal the quarrel.
A simple travel spell, take a small piece of paper and write your name on it, also write the destination you desire to travel to. Take a feather and attach the paper to it. Travel away from your home, go somewhere high preferably by the sea and throw your feather and message out into the air calling out your name and where you are wishing to go. If this is fortuitous the wind will catch your feather and it will swirl away,
Psalms. These are words of power and can be used as verbal protection against dangers both spiritual and human. The 23rd Psalm is the go to Psalm in Hoodoo for this and Psalm 104 can be recited just before sleep.
